Mom has been cooking since the early Sixties and has been alive since the early Fifties. Mom, has several years of Restaurant Managing experience and was trained as a line cook, and performed that function several times. Mom has also been a Caterer, Bartender and Bar Manager. Mom, has done a lot of reading and research, she also used to have several cookbooks from the Thirties, Forties, and Fifties. Due to storage issues Mom, uses the Internet a lot for her cooking info and recipes. Mom loves sharing her life and cooking knowledge with friends.
